SnappyHires ("we", "us", "our") operates the Staffio platform (staffio.cloud) and the Staffio mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and protect your personal information when you use our services.
Information We Collect

- Account information: name, email address, phone number, company name, role (employer, vendor, camp operator, or transport provider).
- Business documents: trade licences, Emirates IDs, visa copies and labour cards uploaded for verification purposes.
- Workforce data: worker names, trades, availability, daily rates and headcounts as declared by vendors.
- Location data: GPS coordinates collected during attendance check-in/check-out, used solely to verify presence at a work site.
- Usage data: device type, operating system, app version, access times and feature usage for service improvement.
- WhatsApp messages: messages exchanged between your WhatsApp number and the Staffio business account for availability updates, match confirmations and support.
How We Use Your Information
- Matching employers with verified workforce vendors based on trade, location and availability.
- Verifying business documents and identities to maintain platform trust and safety.
- Recording attendance and timesheets for workforce management.
- Sending operational notifications via WhatsApp (availability prompts, match confirmations, transport alerts).
- Improving the platform's matching algorithms and user experience.
- Responding to support enquiries.
Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on secure servers. Sensitive information such as API keys and integration credentials are encrypted at rest. We use HTTPS for all data transmission. Access to personal data is restricted to authorised personnel only.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only in the following circumstances:
- Between platform parties: employer requirements are visible to matched vendors, and vendor availability is visible to employers. This is the core function of the marketplace.
- Service providers: we use WhatsApp Business API (Meta) for messaging and cloud hosting providers for infrastructure.
- Legal compliance: when required by UAE law, court order, or regulatory authority.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your account and associated data.
- Withdraw consent for WhatsApp communications at any time by replying "STOP".

Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by UAE law (e.g. financial records, employment documentation).

Staffio is a business-to-business platform. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 years of age. If we discover that we have inadvertently collected such data, we will delete it promptly.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
